Behind the name: Highway 49 is one of the most historic highways in California and is also known as the “Golden Chain Highway”–like a chain connecting the historic 1849 Gold Rush towns and sites. The north-south route is a winding road that offers breathtaking views of the Golden State’s natural beauty. The center line of the Highway 49 ring symbolizes this road.

Behind the name: City of Six was a historic gold mine in Sierra County, California, part of the state’s Mother Lode – a 200-mile quartz vein system. Designing and naming this ring occurred hand-in-hand as we chose six stones to decorate the band, a perfect number to provide sparkle from at least a few stones no matter which way its turned.
