Shipping

We offer free domestic USA shipping for online orders. Packages ship FedEx with signature required. For international, please contact us directly to purchase and arrange shipping.

For stock items, please allow us 1-3 business days to package and ship your order. If an item requires re-sizing, engraving or another modification we will require additional time. Please let us know if there is an urgency to your order and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 10-day exchange window for online orders of stock items. Returns for stock items will also be accepted within this 10-day window, but with a 10% restocking fee. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping and insurance for all exchanges and returns and goods must be unworn, undamaged and in the same condition as they were sent for this policy to apply. To initiate an exchange or return, email contact@brackenjewelers.com with relevant order details and reason, and await confirmation before shipping.

Exchanges and returns are not available for modified (including re-sizing) or custom pieces.

Warranty & Guarantees

We pride ourselves on quality and all of our products are guaranteed to be genuine as described. While we strive for consistency and do our best to accurately photograph the jewelry, variations in gemstone appearances and metal finishes should be expected by nature of our handcrafted pieces and digital rendering limitations.

Most of our jewelry is made of high karat gold, which has an innate softness to it. Being such, its finish will naturally change with time and wear. Overtime, your piece will take on a patina unique to you that reflects your lifestyle. To limit this and prevent damage, pieces should not be worn in harsh activities such as weight lifting, gardening, etc.
