Shipping

We offer free domestic USA shipping for online orders. Packages ship FedEx with signature required. For international, please contact us directly to purchase and arrange shipping.

For in-stock items, please allow us 1-3 business days to package and ship your order. If an item requires re-sizing, engraving or another modification we will require additional time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 10-day return/exchange window for online orders of stock items sold as is. Credit or refund will be provided, less a 10% restocking fee plus any shipping-handling and credit card processing fees that were incurred. The customer is also responsible for all costs associated with return shipping and insurance. Any returned item must be unworn, undamaged and in the same condition as when they left Bracken for this policy to apply.

To initiate an exchange or return, email contact@brackenjewelers.com with relevant order details and reason. Do not ship until a return authorization has been given with instructions.

Exchanges and returns are not accepted for any items that have been modified (including re-sizing, engraving) or custom pieces.

Resizing

There are significant labor costs and sometimes material costs associated with resizing jewelry. For this reason, there may be an additional service charge for resizing, generally in the range of $100-250, depending on the item. If your order requires a resizing (i.e. the size listed is not the size you need it to be), please contact us for a quote.

Warranty & Guarantees

We pride ourselves on quality and all of our products are guaranteed to be genuine as described. While we strive for consistency and do our best to accurately photograph the jewelry, variations in gemstone appearances and metal finishes should be expected by nature of our handcrafted pieces and digital rendering limitations.

Characteristics of High Karat Gold

Most of our jewelry is made of high karat gold, which has an innate softness to it. Being such, its finish will naturally change with time and wear. Overtime, your piece will take on a patina unique to you that reflects your lifestyle. To limit this and prevent damage, pieces should not be worn in harsh activities such as weight lifting, gardening, etc.
