California Gold Wedding Bands

Hammered gold wedding rings—crafted from real California river gold nuggets.

Ethically-Mined California River Gold

We mine our own gold in the Sierra Nevada foothills of Northern California—from our family claim on the Yuba River and one of the only fully-permitted gold mines in the state.

Gold has an incredibly complex and opaque supply chain that has caused harm to people and the environment. Our California Gold is a transparent alternative that is fully traceable from mining to crafting the finished piece in our Santa Monica studio.

  • "Being that my partner and I are both born Californians, it really had to be California gold."

    William S. – Sunnyvale, California

  • "Honestly one of the most stunning rings I’ve seen, the California gold color is so unique."

Jenny B. – Simi Valley, California

  • "I grew up in California and now live in Washington so I love that I can carry a little part of California with me."

    Michele K. – Seattle, Washington

Hammered “River-Worn” Finish

Our matte soft-hammered gold finish is inspired by the look of raw gold nuggets. Eons of flowing water and tumbling rocks have given them an organic, natural texture that we emulate through our hand-applied finish.

Unique Green-Gold Color

Natural California gold averages at 20 karat and has a distinct greenish gold hue. Our proprietary process allows us to craft wedding rings from this high karat alloy, while ensuring its strength for everyday wear and retaining its unique visual qualities.

Grizzly Bear Hallmark

Each ring is stamped with a California grizzly bear hallmark authenticating its 100% California Gold composition. The grizzly bear has graced the California state flag since the Bear Flag Revolt of 1846 and is a long-standing symbol of strength.
